When we idealized VOCA, we had our experiences as a starting point, and also the contribution of many professionals, in their several positions and activities. We realized that, even with the evolution of channels and the various ways of dealing with communication within a company, people were in the background.
The point is not to be sentimentalist. It is true that issues of interpersonal relationship, lack of management, remote management, loss of productivity, among many others, are linked to the inability of companies to observe, measure and treat communication in a more purposeful way, which meets their operational needs and economic objectives, but remembering of people.
People are the real assets of companies. They are the ones that enable the transformation of ideas. The solution may be in front of our eyes, but we have to limit formats and beliefs, which make it difficult to develop a more truthful work environment, under the propositional aspect.
